HIIT-UP is an intense athletic training divided into four rounds, each repeated twice for a dynamic 10-15 minute session.
You’ll be continuously challenged throughout cardio, core, plank and full-body strength and flexibility sequences, engaging multiple planes of motion. Our coaches approach your training with the precision and expertise of top athletes, so you’ll improve like never before.
